Kyle E. Garry is an associate in the Investment Funds Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kyle specializes in advising private investment fund sponsors on a variety of corporate, transactional and securities law matters. Kyle also counsels private investment fund sponsors on regulatory, compliance, structuring and day-to-day operational issues.
In addition, Kyle also advises secondary funds, institutional investors and sponsors in connection with complex secondary transactions, including traditional portfolio sales, secondary directs and stapled secondary offerings.
