Graduate of the Law School of PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo), 1992. Co-head of TozziniFreire’s Corporate/M&A practice, Marcela concentrates her work on the telecommunications and technology, intellectual property and privacy and entertainment industries.
