WHO WE ARE Attorney Thanh Truong Foxx graduated magna cum laude from San Jose State University in 1993 with a major in Criminal Justice Administration and a minor in Political Science. While at San Jose State University, she was voted President of the Alpha Phi Sigma Criminal Justice National Honor Society. Ms. Foxx then moved to St. Louis, Missouri, and attended St. Louis University, School of Law. After graduating from SLU Law, she moved to California and, although she passed the California Bar, decided to serve as a federal law enforcement officer to federal judges in the Northern District of California for one year. In 1998, Ms. Foxx moved to Sacramento, California, and has been helping clients in Sacramento ever since.
