Agnes has over 20 years’ experience leading large, complex investigations involving fraud, corruption, sanctions, asset tracing and asset recovery issues spanning a multiplicity of jurisdictions. She also advises clients on business ethics, governance, risk and compliance issues and policies. Her work regularly includes liaising with government as well as prosecuting regulatory authorities on behalf of her clients. Agnes and her team work with clients across a range of sectors including engineering and construction, oil and gas, financial services and pharmaceuticals. As part of this Agnes works with other PwC specialists in jurisdictions such as Europe, the CEE and the Middle East. Agnes is also a leading authority on legal professional privilege having acted for the applicant in one of the UK’s foremost cases on the subject in recent years, which was heard before the Supreme Court in November 2012.
