85 Finance Monthly Legal Awards 2022 Australia About Tristan F. Pagliano Tristan Pagliano is a general commercial litigator currently working on major construction and infrastructure disputes. He has assisted diverse clients ranging from large national and multinational corporations to statutory authorities, high net worth individuals, and insolvency practitioners. Tristan practiced at a leading Australian firm prior to joining Jones Day in November 2018, where he was involved in a variety of large-scale, high-stakes disputes in the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of Queensland, and in appellate proceedings in the Queensland Court of Appeal and High Court of Australia. His experience includes defending securities shareholder class actions, assisting an independent statutory authority successfully defend judicial review proceedings, and acting for liquidators in successful proceedings against the Queensland Government. He also has experience assisting clients in the resources and energy sectors. Prior to commencing practice as a solicitor, Tristan was the associate to the Honourable Justice Bond of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
