Aarti’s practice covers diverse areas of corporate and commercial law including foreign investment, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and private equity. She has assisted clients from the inception of an acquisition, contributed during negotiations and helped in the completion of the transaction.

In addition, Aarti has extensive experience in advising clients on Corporate Commercial, Employment, Incorporation, corporate governance, and all types of commercial and corporate contracts.

She has been practicing law since 2007 with JSA.
