Patrick Nützi is the managing partner of the Zug office of Nützi & Partner Ltd. He has more than 30 years experience in legal issues relating to international trade and financial services. Patrick has been serving as a member of the board of directors of Swiss companies, mainly active in international trade and in the financial industry, for many years. Further areas of his expertise include intellectual property, corporate
law, asset protection and estate planning.

Patrick holds a doctorate in law (Dr.iur.) from the University of Berne and a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of London. He has been working as a research fellow at the Universities of St. Gallen (HSG) and Basel at the chair for public economic law. Until the establishment of the Swiss Federal Administrative Court Patrick served as a member of the Swiss Federal Appeal Commission for the Regulation of Casinos (appointed by the Swiss government).
